A patient came today with a strip of azithromycin someone at a chemist handed over for a 2 day cold. Half finished, then stopped. This is the third such case this week. Nobody wants to hear that a viral fever runs 4 to 5 days.

Fraud gets an SIT. Genuine claims rejected on a signature mismatch get nothing. I have watched patients give up on both sides
